These terms apply to the public MiningEvents directory and account features.

Event information

MiningEvents is an information service for mining investment events. Organisers may change dates, venues, programmes or availability. Check the linked organiser page before registering or making travel arrangements.

Independent decisions

A listing or company appearance is not an endorsement, investment recommendation or verification of an investment opportunity. MiningEvents does not handle tickets, payments, investment transactions or event hosting.

Accounts and updates

Account preferences and saved records are personal to the signed-in user. Optional email choices can be changed or withdrawn at any time. Automated preparation is subject to source checks, service availability and review of uncertain records.

Source material

Source pages belong to their respective publishers. This service links to evidence and uses concise factual summaries to describe events.

Responsible use

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access other accounts, interfere with operation, or submit misleading information. If you provide an event correction, include a source that supports it.

Availability and changes

Features and listings can change. We may restrict access that threatens the service or other users. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Paid promotion

These terms do not create a paid promotion agreement. Any future paid service requires separate terms that specify the service, price and cancellation conditions before payment.
